Warren has more than 20 years of experience in various Human Resources roles, including 13 years at Pitt. He joined the University in 1999 working as a Client Services Representative/Recruiter and also as a Compensation Analyst in the Office of Human Resources. He currently works as a Institutional Equity Specialist responsible for monitoring diversity initiatives, assisting in training, and developing and implementing equal-opportunity, nondiscrimination, and diversity policies and procedures.
