Bethany Taylor

Bethany is a Disability Specialist in Pitt’s Disability Resources and Services office. She works collaboratively with students who have disabilities to ensure equal access to opportunities within their academic studies and all aspects of the college experience. Prior to her role at Pitt, Bethany worked as a teacher in K-12 education, in disability services within the community college setting, and as a career counselor specializing in diverse populations. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Waynesburg University. Bethany utilizes her knowledge of and experience in education, mental health counseling, and career counseling to holistically support students and determine reasonable accommodations.
