Diversity Forum 2020

Advancing Social Justice: A Call to Action

Thank you for being a part of the 2020 Diversity Forum, Advancing Social Justice: A Call to Action.

We hope the forum presented an opportunity for listening, learning, self-reflection and growth. We know that we have grown through the forum experience, our first-of-its-kind community-oriented, virtual social justice learning symposium with more than 12,000 participants worldwide.

Recordings of all workshops can be found in the archived schedule of events.  For recaps, insights and stories from the forum, read the Pittwire blog

We hope the 2020 Diversity Forum was a meaningful step towards our shared goal of advancing an inclusive, equitable, and just society. Review these tips from our University Counseling Center for ways to engage, reflect and grow on your forum experience, and let us know how you will translate learning into action using #diversityforum and #pittdiversity on social media.

Art of Diversity

In connection with the Diversity Forum, the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion hosted the Art of Diversity Showcase and Competition. The arts are more crucial than ever during times of crisis as they provide a cathartic and thought-provoking outlet for self-expression.  Learn more about the Showcase and take a look at the winning submissions.
