The following organizations support individuals who have served in the military and help in the transition back to civilian life:

Specially trained veteran-employment representatives at Pennsylvania Career Link provide veterans with a full range of employment services, including referral services, job development, referral to training, and referral to government and community veteran service agencies. 

The US Department of Veteran Affairs: Pittsburgh Regional Benefit Office delegates a representative to conduct regularly occurring outreach at local VA Medical Centers in and around the Pittsburgh area to assist veterans in the region.

The Veterans Leadership Program of Western Pennsylvania serves veterans and their families residing in Western Pennsylvania.

The Veterans Crisis Line connects Veterans in crisis and their families and friends.

Veteran Recovery Therapies Participating in specialized addiction treatment programs, these warriors are provided a chance to reclaim their lives. Upon completion of a rehab program, many vets find that ongoing recovery therapies are essential for sobriety.

Victory Media addresses such issues as filling the skills gap, improving employment outcomes for college graduates, helping veterans start satisfying civilian careers, and giving a voice to military spouses and veteran-owned businesses.
